Person of Interest v Suspect

Busy Monday morning for Dan Abrams.  First, his usual gig on @GMA then a co hosting stint with Kelly Ripa on LIVE!.   This morning’s GMA segment was more of interest to me  than usual since its subject took place right here in SE Michigan.

The segment dealt with the murder of Grosse Pointe Park resident Jane Bashara and her husband who is according to Police a person of interest, though he failed the polygraph.  According to Dan when you call someone a person of interest it is because you WANT them to talk to you without the atty stepping in, once you are labeled a suspect and your lawyer appears things change dramatically.  And for once Dan and Nancy did agree on this.

Also Dan brought up the point that the crime seen may have been staged to look like the victim was murdered at the scene, but most likely she was murdered somewhere else and her car driven to the location it was found.

All of Metro Detroit and SE Michigan is watching this story and many of the neighbors of couple can’t and won’t believe that Bob Bashara could have murdered his wife, but according to police things are not always what they seem and more suspicion is falling on Bob that ever before.

Watch as Dan Abrams and Nancy Grace discuss the case:

I will post Dan's guest hosting on Live as soon as the video is up.  Let me just say it was adorable.
