Cross the T's and Dot the I's

This post is for everyone who missed Dan Abrams appearances on NBC and MSNBC today

With the death of Michael Jackson yesterday all the networks have been running nonstop programming concerning his death and everything surrounding it. NBC Legal Analyst Dan Abrams appeared on a few shows two of which I caught The Today Show and Hardball.

On the Today Show Mr Abrams talked about Michael's 3 children and what will happen to them,

After the Coroner's office released its report Chris Matthew talked with Mr Abrams about the repot's release and what it means. According to Mr Abrams the coroner is doing everything right, not releasing too many specifics until the final report is in. There are so many rumors and misinformation flying around right now that it is great to see someone who understands why these things are done the way they are,

Something interesting from way back

I've been very busy and haven't updated the blog in almost a month, but last night I remembered an older post and decided those of you who haven't seen this video might be interested.

Several months ago I ran across a Google link for a Harvard Law School panel discussion about the Michael Jackson case. One of the speakers was Tom Mesereau, Jr, who defended Michael Jackson in the 2005 child molestation trial and the other was Dan Abrams, who reported on the trial for the Abrams Report. Funny thing though until yesterday I wasn't able to access the video for some reason, but yesterday afternoon it magically became available. So I wanted to share with you this great discussion, Harvard Law School. Click on the Harvard law School link and choose Real Player it should work.

A few observations on my part it is very interesting to watch and listen to the different opinions of the media from Mr Mesereau and Dan Abrams. Also during the Q&A watch the chair to the left of Mesereau, where Dan is sitting, you can gauge some of Dan's reactions from the way the chair moves.
